3. Speaking to investors
Highlighting the specific features that are most important for the sale. Selecting the investors that are suitable for the transaction from the firm’s own database. Specifically contacting these investors after coordinating with the seller.
4. Letter of intent
PPresenting the property to the selected investors. Obtaining offers and assisting the investors with the factual details of submitting an offer. Presenting the best offer to the seller. Assisting with the completion of a letter of intent (LoI) including a limited period of exclusivity for the selected investor.
5. Due diligence
The buyer conducts legal due diligence and technical due diligence. Facilitating the due diligence and exchange of information between the parties involved.
6. Contract of sale
Support with the contract of sale negotiations. Assistance clarifying open points, in particular the seller’s statements of guarantee and agreements on the measures the seller will carry out on the buildings. Completion of the contract of sale as a submission for registration.

8. Transfer of property
